All items on this website carry at least
a 6 month standard warranty although 90% carry a full 12 months
Homephonesonline warranty.
Brand New: As title states, brand new untouched
unopened apart from parts check, brand new with 12 months warranty.
New: Factory reboxed products that are as
good as brand new, fully tested and inspected by our teams
of technicians then repackaged in branded packaging. Supplied
with 12 month warranty.
As New: as new is as reboxed going through
rigorous test and inspection process, any scratches to display
should be minimal and will have slight markings on casing.
Normally only to one unit in pack. Supplied with 12 month warranty.
Reworked: working perfectly but cosmetically
inferior. Supplied with 6 month warranty.
Grades: Unless otherwise stated all items
on this website will be sold in the New grade, Brand New items
will say Brand New in the first line of the Description , Ex-Display
and Reboxed items will state this it the more info section
of the item and will be normally listed in the Special Offers
or Clearance Section of the Website.
Instructions: We will always post instruction
with All items that require them. Additional handsets will
be sent with registration details although most full manuals
can be downloaded direct from us for free. Some items other
than Brand New will be sent with a full but non original guide.
Additional Handset: These maybe be sent
unboxed, the reason for this is that we remove these form twin
, triple or quad packs so we can there for buy at a cheaper
rate and pass these savings on to you the customer. But all
