Before returning anything to us you must contact Customer Services to obtain a customer returns number.
We do not accept returns without a returns reference number and this will result in a delay.

You are responsible for returning your equipment in good condition as we are unable to refund damaged goods.
All equipment returned to us for refund must be complete in good and well packaged to prevent damage in transit.
All items being sent back for Repair/Exchange should be sent back as instructed, ie sometimes you will be asked to return just the handset and base for instance to lower postage cost to and from.
Your return reference number must be clearly written on your Returns form that you will need to printout and complete to send along with your goods.
If you are concerned about insuring your product in transit
we recommend using sign for Delivery.
Items that are sent back to Homephonesonline and found to
be not faulty, will be sent back to the customer after postage
has been paid or will be restocked and refund will be less
postage and less our £11.75inc VAT restocking fee. This
is to cover the time involved.
If item is returned as an unwanted gift or change of mind
etc the above £11.75inc VAT restocking fee is also removed
prior to refund.
All items being returned will be at Customers cost.
We are unable to accept responsibility for any loss or damage during transit via the post.
Always obtain a proof of posting which is Free of
Charge.
All products carry a back to base warranty
against breakdown due to manufacturing defects unless otherwise
specified on the website alongside the product.
The warranty does not cover
wear & tear, accidental or
wilful damage, Consumables, eg. ink cartridges, handset batteries,
tapes are not covered by the warranty after a period of 14
days from the date of delivery.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
